Responsibilities and Duties: - Guide and direct Diagnostic Operations Coordinators in managing diverse teams, supporting unit climate initiatives and guiding the development and career pathways of employees; - Analyze operational performance indicators alongside the team, proposing workflow and process improvements focused on achieving goals; - Analyze financial indicators, managing costs and revenues while maintaining quality and driving continuous improvement; - Establish and maintain direct interfaces with support departments (Production, Pre-Analytical, Finance, Planning and Performance, Commercial, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, among others) to ensure optimal operational performance and secure business growth and continuity; - Build and maintain client relationships through periodic visits focused on current operations and identifying opportunities for new business; - Ensure compliance with all internal company Quality and Certification standards, and support leadership during periodic hospital audits.
