Performance analysis and insights to optimize future actions **Administrative Event Analyst | Mid-level** ====================================================== TOTVS | Recife - PE | Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a professional to work as an Administrative Event Analyst, tasked with planning and executing the event strategy across Northeastern units (Pernambuco and Alagoas), ensuring that each initiative—from pre- to post-event—is aligned with commercial objectives of expansion and demand generation. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with managers and unit executive leadership to define the tactical event plan focused on revenue and expansion. * 360-Degree Execution: Coordinate all operational logistics for events (venue booking, vendors, invitations, credentials). * Content Creation and Communication: Develop visuals, registration forms, and internal presentations, ensuring high-standard visual communication with regional flair. * Post-Event Perspective: Analyze event performance, collect data, and generate insights to optimize future actions. * Regional Management: Willingness to travel and relocate within the region (Pernambuco and Alagoas) to ensure excellence in in-person events. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in Events, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields; * Proficiency in Canva and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint); * Creativity and Out-of-the-Box Thinking (ability to propose innovative and distinctive ideas); * Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with managers, internal teams, and vendors; * Analytical and critical thinking; * Proactivity and initiative; * Flexibility and availability (willingness to travel—Pernambuco and Alagoas—and work during alternative hours/weekends). Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Video Editing/Production (basic knowledge to produce short videos or communication assets); * Understanding of Customer Journey/Sales (awareness of how events fit into prospecting and commercial expansion journeys).
