This is a strategic position within the operation, ideal for professionals who already have a sales background and wish to advance to a higher level of performance, assuming direct accountability for revenue. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Respond to and manage qualified leads generated from campaigns, referrals, and prospecting * Understand the customer’s profile, current situation, and needs through consultative outreach * Present Piper Protege’s solutions by aligning benefits with the customer’s pain points * Conduct negotiations focused on closing and value generation * Execute structured follow-ups until the customer’s decision is made * Keep the CRM updated with clear information for each opportunity * Work with sales targets and KPIs (conversion rate, volume, average deal size, time to close) * Continuously improve through training, feedback, and performance tracking * Manage the sales pipeline: organize, monitor, and optimize sales stages from first contact to closing (Prospecting, Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, Closing) * Conduct diagnostics (product discovery) to identify customers’ real pain points * Execute follow-up cadences (email, WhatsApp, phone) * Ensure 100% CRM data accuracy and completeness * Negotiate commercial terms and formalize contracts **What We Expect From You** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Hunter-type sales profile—ambitious and results-oriented * Strong organizational skills for pipeline and follow-up management * Negotiation ability and skill in overcoming objections * Discipline and consistency in execution * Experience in inside sales, telesales, or internal sales * Preferred: experience in vehicle protection, insurance, or recurring services **Why Growing at Piper Protege Is Different** **Rapid Growth** Here, results create opportunities.
