**FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST \- REMOTE** **Job Description:** Develop and maintain financial models (recurring revenue, CAC, LTV, churn, headcount, margin, projections and scenarios). Conduct economic feasibility analyses for new products, initiatives, and investments. Monitor and update financial and operational dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Consolidate data from different departments (Sales, Operations, Tech) to generate actionable insights for management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning routines. Monitor SaaS model KPIs and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. **Requirements:** Experience in consulting within universities, startups, or technology companies. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical skills, knowledge, and abilities: Previous experience in FP\&A, financial planning, modeling, or business analytics. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data analysis. Knowledge of SaaS metrics is a plus (MRR, churn, cohort, CAC/LTV, etc.). Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
