Kiosk Brands is seeking an organized, analytical, and strategic Demand Planning Analyst with strong data interpretation skills to join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical analyses, sales history, seasonality, and inputs from Sales and Marketing. * Continuously monitor forecast accuracy by analyzing variances between forecasted and actual results, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, supporting alignment among demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and strategic goals. * Develop, update, and analyze dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and planning. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in demand planning, supply chain, materials planning, or related areas. * Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, data analysis, and statistical modeling. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1) and BI tools (Power BI and similar). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and the S&OP methodology. **Additional information** Benefits * Meal allowance/voucher * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub * Monthly Touti product * Discounts at educational and leisure institutions.
