### **Position: Customer Experience (CX) Analyst** **Location:** Parvi Group **Department:** Marketing / Customer Experience / Sales **Position Description** Responsible for ensuring an integrated, seamless, and satisfying customer experience across the entire customer journey—from first contact through post\-sale—by connecting Marketing, BDC, CRM, and Operations. Will act strategically to generate value, strengthen customer relationships, and drive brand loyalty within the Parvi Group. **Key Responsibilities** * Map, monitor, and optimize the customer journey (sales and post\-sale), identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities; * Collaborate closely with BDC, CRM, and frontline teams to ensure consistent communication and a unified customer experience; * Respond to requests for materials, components, and initiatives, understanding the brand’s needs according to its current retail context; * Develop internal house team work briefings, ensuring clarity and alignment of requirements; * Monitor weekly delivery and updates of the media plan with internal house teams, focusing on delivery efficiency; * Prepare monthly reports containing performance metrics of executed initiatives, key learnings, and recommendations for leadership; * Actively participate in brand campaigns and strategic decisions through meetings with directors and managers; * Register the brand’s monthly initiatives, aligned with the media plan defined at the end of the previous month or beginning of the current month, per the calendar. **Education Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Technical Skills** * Excel; * Google Slides and/or Canva. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and solution\-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills; * Active listening; * Organization and results focus. **Note** * Availability to attend events when required, including on Saturdays.
