Join our family! **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** ------------------------ ### **Job Description** Work as a Commercial Assistant, supporting e\-commerce operations, online sales, virtual customer service, product registration, digital platform updates, and commercial performance indicator tracking. Contribute to organizing administrative processes, sales invoicing, order support, and maintaining accurate information across the company’s online platforms. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------- * Develop and monitor performance indicator reports; * Maintain the company’s e\-commerce platform; * Provide virtual customer service via online platforms and (confidential information), among others; * Support customers with orders, inquiries, and consultations; * Assist with sales invoicing, product registration, and website updates; * Provide support for online sales; * Operate within the e\-commerce function, overseeing administrative processes, product registration, sales platform updates, order processing, and invoicing. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------------------- * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience managing performance indicators is desirable; * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms; * Experience in e\-commerce, sales, and customer service is desirable.
