The IT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and enhancing technology operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and infrastructure. This professional will focus on results, leading cross-functional teams located at our corporate office in Recife and at healthcare units across other municipalities, planning operational strategies and overseeing the execution of business-critical projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Team Management: Coordinate and develop the operations team, promoting training and encouraging professional growth.
* Systems Operations: Supervise daily operations of systems and infrastructure, ensuring service stability, continuity, and security.
* Project and Process Management: Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with company objectives, adopting agile methodologies and industry best practices.
* Monitoring and KPIs: Implement and track KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational process performance.
* Incident Management: Develop efficient processes for incident response and resolution, minimizing operational impact and ensuring high service availability.
* Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between the IT team and other departments, preparing management reports and executive presentations.
* Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Information Technology, or related areas is considered a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in coordination or supervision roles.
* Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, operating systems, virtualization, and information security.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
**Valuable Differentiators**
* **Minimum one year of experience in the healthcare sector**
* Experience with the Wareline platform (Hospital ERP)
* Experience in high-availability and 24/7 operational environments.
* Exposure to IT governance practices and ITIL.
* Certifications in project management or technology (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT).
* Proven ability to implement continuous and innovative improvements in IT operations.
* Collaborative mindset and results orientation in challenging contexts.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$1.00 - R$10.00 per month
