




Job Summary: Work at a clinic's reception desk, performing primary patient intake, patient registration, appointment scheduling, document organization, and administrative support. On-site work environment with diverse routines. * Provide primary patient/user intake at the clinic; * Register patients; * Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department; * Guide patients in obtaining appointment tickets and inform them of the location and time of their consultation and/or examination; * Collect consultation and examination fees; * Perform closing procedures for private-pay services and forward financial reports to the Finance Department; * Authorize consultations and/or examinations via Health Insurance Plan portals; * Organize and stock the reception area with printed forms according to Quanta standards; * Request departmental supplies from the Procurement Department following internal requisition procedures; * Assist Coordination in executing daily tasks as required; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and order; * Perform other reception-related duties similar in nature and scope not explicitly listed above; **Requirements**: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, reception, or health insurance plan authorizations. * Minimum: Completed High School education * Customer service skills * Organizational skills * Emotional regulation skills Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.315,60 \- R$2\.315,62 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
