Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring shipments to ensure operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and fulfillment of customer requirements, in alignment with company standards. Position: **Operations Analyst** **Job Mission** Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring shipments to ensure optimal fleet utilization, on-time delivery, fulfillment of customer requirements, and operational efficiency, in alignment with company policies and procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and organize shipments according to orders, routes, and established deadlines; * Determine optimal vehicle and driver allocation, considering cargo type, destination, and availability; * Monitor trip execution and adjust scheduling as needed; * Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments to align operations; * Ensure compliance with loading and delivery time windows; * Update control systems and operational spreadsheets; * Support the operations team in resolving incidents; * Contribute to reducing operational costs and optimizing routes; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal policy standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in shipment scheduling, transportation, or logistics; * Knowledge of routing, transportation operations, and basic road transport legislation; * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel and logistics management systems); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and commitment; * Strong negotiation and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in road freight transportation; * Familiarity with KMM systems; * Background working in transportation and logistics companies. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM ***Benefits:*** · Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day (no payroll deduction) · Transportation allowance or fuel assistance: BRL 350.00 per month (no payroll deduction) · Health insurance (after 3 months) · Dental insurance (after 3 months) · Basic food basket / MILI toilet paper pack · SEST SENAT agreement WhatsApp: (41) 98782-0303 ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 3,100.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Meal voucher * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
