**Main Responsibilities:** Planning and monitoring fleet maintenance; ensuring vehicle availability and safety; cost management and technical performance evaluation; supplier and workshop relationship management and negotiation; monitoring of KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability); analysis of technical reports and documentation control; support to drivers and managers; participation in process improvement initiatives and fleet renewal projects. **Prerequisites:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; prior experience in fleet maintenance, automotive mechanics, fleet monitoring, or similar roles; Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and supplier management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
