Every day, 80\.000 colleagues lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility worldwide—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Responsibilities:** Ensure that systems and equipment operate according to specifications by performing tests, analyzing results, and documenting performance prior to handover for operation. * Equipment Preparation: Organize and prepare the test environment, including proper configuration of equipment and systems. * Test Execution: Conduct functional, operational, and safety tests, ensuring systems comply with specifications and standards. * Result Analysis: Evaluate data collected during testing, identifying failures or non-conformities. * Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports on test results, including observations and recommendations. Support technical investigations jointly with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and project teams to resolve issues identified during testing. * Training: Participate in training and upskilling sessions on new systems and technologies to remain current. * Preventive Maintenance: Contribute to developing maintenance plans and corrective actions when required. Support field implementation of modifications. * Compliance Verification: Ensure all processes and procedures comply with applicable internal and external regulations. * Feedback: Provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements for future implementations. * Ensure smooth communication flow regarding interventions \& operations during problem resolution and support shift handovers where applicable. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Technical education (electrical/electronic). + Knowledge of IT and networking. + 4–5 years of experience as a technician in troubleshooting/investigation/testing (electrical/electronic). + Fluent in Portuguese; basic English (desirable). + Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (short- and long-term assignments).
