Job Summary:
Procurement Analyst responsible for monitoring tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, and overseeing tendering processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

* Monitor and identify tender opportunities compatible with the company's portfolio;
* Conduct technical reading and critical analysis of tender documents;
* Register proposals on electronic platforms;
* Attend public electronic bidding sessions;
* Prepare requests for clarifications, challenges, and appeals (with legal support when necessary);
* Proactively manage deadlines, certificates, contracts, and minutes;
* Update process tracking spreadsheets;
* Support management of minutes, contracts, and delivery deadlines;
* Analyze tender documents from technical, commercial, and strategic perspectives, identifying risks and opportunities;
* Ensure excellence in preparation and submission of documentation to avoid disqualifications;
* Actively monitor bidding sessions and procurement processes;
* Proactively manage deadlines, certificates, contracts, and minutes;
* Prepare requests for clarifications, challenges, and appeals when necessary;
* Maintain organized information to support decision-making by the commercial team and leadership;
* Interact with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and speed;
**Requirements**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Public Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience with tendering processes (Law No. 14.133/21 and/or Law No. 8.666/93);
* Experience assembling and organizing qualification documentation;
* Practical experience in reading and analyzing tender documents;
* Familiarity with electronic bidding platforms (Comprasnet, BEC, Licitanet, Public Procurement Portal, or similar) is desirable;
* Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or medico-hospital services) is a plus.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel and organization of control spreadsheets; experience registering and updating documents with public agencies.

* Working Hours: 08:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday), onsite, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break
