Junior Sales Representative
Carry the complete basic kit throughout the entire work shift, ensuring the execution of your tasks within the store; Execute; know the portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, as well as the prices and characteristics of each product for presentation to the customer; Participate in morning meetings, analyzing daily goals to perform the best planning that will allow achieving them, customer by customer; Monitor, analyze and evaluate sales trends, suggesting specific actions when necessary to meet established targets; Visit all external customers (Points of Sale) according to the route plan, seeking to make sales through negotiation, i.e., obtain an order under mutually satisfactory conditions; Perform with proficiency the basic sales routine determined for each channel, carrying out all steps, ensuring that DEMP is fulfilled within the PDV; Operate and transport correctly the smartphone used to place customer orders, taking care of its preservation and being responsible for it; Observe competitors' actions regarding prices, offers, promotions, visit frequency and deadlines, informing your manager so that, when necessary, appropriate measures can be taken; Keep customer registration data on your route always updated to facilitate company contact with the customer and minimize the chance of errors; carry out the correct application of merchandising materials and actively monitor their permanence, ensuring our brand presence inside and outside the PDVs; carry the complete basic kit and portfolio in good condition throughout the entire work shift, ensuring proper customer service execution; identify among the points of sale served those that are opinion leaders, with high potential, and the respective actions to develop them; conduct the closing meeting (afternoon briefing) with the Area Manager to analyze results obtained, comparing them with KPIs agreed upon during the morning meeting; maintain good relationships with PDV managers in order to achieve maximum integration and consequently greater willingness to reach volume, activation and coverage targets; check in the system, before making any credit sale, whether the customer has any objection or blockage; have a thorough understanding of the calculation composing your variable compensation, striving for the best performance regarding commercial fundamentals; follow the procedure for borrowing materials, observing the rules related to consignment and the customer's compliance with the commercial agreement; prospect new customers and stay alert to various market opportunities, aiming for preference of our brands at the PDV; Respect traffic laws when operating your work vehicle, caring for your safety and others' through defensive driving and preventive maintenance; comply with the company's code of conduct and other current procedures.
