




Job Summary: The Carbel Apprenticeship Program offers theoretical and practical training for young people, aiming at professional development in administrative activities and understanding of the labor market. Exposure to the organizational culture of Grupo Carbel. Description: * Currently enrolled in or having completed elementary or high school; * Aged between 14 and 24 years; * Available to attend theoretical classes at Senac and perform practical activities at Grupo Carbel’s unit on alternating schedules; * School schedule compatible with the program’s proposed hours. The Apprenticeship Program comprises a set of theoretical and practical trainings designed to foster apprentices’ competency development toward professionalization, based on an understanding of the characteristics of the world of work. This program focuses on administrative activities, with emphasis on youth development. It promotes understanding of how the labor market operates, development of essential skills, and exposure to Grupo Carbel’s organizational culture. Our Apprenticeship Program includes an administrative training course with a daily workload of 4 hours (Monday through Friday). Weeks are structured to alternate between theory sessions at SENAC and practical experience at the company.
