A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Contagem (Ressaca). **Responsibilities:** Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. Monitor electronic timekeeping, benefits administration, and routine HR department tasks. Support training, development, and organizational climate initiatives. Assist in benefits administration and employee support. Prepare reports and track HR metrics. Provide support to leadership and mediate internal requests. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Development Analyst, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
