Comprehensive training provided *If you are seeking a solid opportunity with practical learning, professional growth, and dynamic field work, this position is for you.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform installations, activations, and maintenance of internet, TV, and telephone services in residential locations * Provide customer service during technical visits * Follow operator-mandated standards and procedures **Requirements:** Completed high school education Technical installation experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory (comprehensive training is provided at the start) Strong communication skills and customer service ability Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to perform field work Driver's license category B (personal vehicle is not required) **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 4:20 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary of R$ 1.621,00 + 30% hazard allowance Fuel allowance Vehicle rental (for those using their own car) Company-provided device Meal or food allowance of R$ 23.00 per day Food basket Life insurance Day off Monthly payment for up to 20 hours of overtime bank Performance-based bonus Employment Type: CLT (formal employment contract) Salary Range: R$1.621,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
