Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, participate in a technical training track, and experience daily mechanics work in a collaborative, innovative, and challenging environment. **STAGES:** The program includes a selection process, initial technical training, and in-person training at Scania in São Paulo — ensuring you develop practical skills and experience real-world vehicle maintenance work. At the end of the program, an evaluation will be conducted to assess your performance and potential prior to hiring, ensuring you’re fully prepared to begin your career as a Mechanical Assistant. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** As a Mechanical Assistant, you’ll support the maintenance team in inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs — helping ensure vehicles remain safe, efficient, and road-ready.
