




Job Summary: A professional responsible for daily inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, CCTV, and air conditioning systems, as well as minor general repairs. Carries out general repairs in carpentry, masonry, and metalwork Job Description: CONDUCT DAILY INSPECTIONS AT SUBSTATIONS, GENERATOR, MALL L1 AND L2 LIGHTING, PARKING G1 AND G2, EMERGENCY STAIRWAYS, EXTERNAL AREAS, MACHINE ROOMS, TECHNICAL GALLERIES, OFFICE AREAS, GREASE TRAPS, AND POTABLE WATER RESERVOIRS. PERFORM PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE ON ELECTRICAL, HYDRAULIC, CCTV, EXHAUST, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AS REQUIRED. CARRY OUT DAILY OPERATIONS TO TURN ON OR OFF EQUIPMENT OF THE CHILLED WATER CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, COMMON AREAS, TOILET EXHAUST FANS, MALL AND PARKING LIGHTING, AND TOILET LIGHTING AFTER CLOSING AND FOR SHOPPING CENTER OPENING. CONDUCT MONTHLY OR ON-DEMAND READINGS OF ENERGY AND WATER METERS FOR STORES, STORAGE AREAS, AND COMMON AREAS. PERFORM EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AT MEDIUM-VOLTAGE AND LOW-VOLTAGE SUBSTATIONS WHEN NECESSARY. SUPERVISE CONTRACTED COMPANIES CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS AT LOW-VOLTAGE AND MEDIUM-VOLTAGE SUBSTATIONS. CARRY OUT CARPENTRY, MASONRY, METALWORK, AND MINOR REPAIRS ON DOORS, WINDOWS, AND PARTITIONS WHEN NECESSARY. MAINTAIN CONTROL OF MATERIALS USED ON-SITE AND REQUEST ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AS NEEDED. **Technical Competencies:** Completed high school; Technical course or knowledge in the areas of **ELECTRICAL TRAINING (160 HOURS) AND NR10 AND SEP.** **Experience:** Experience in maintenance field. **Salary:** R$ 3\.343,46 **Working Hours and Schedule:** 06:00 \- 14:20, 6 days on / 2 days off OR 14:00 \- 22:20, 6 days on / 2 days off
