**Job Objective**
To support the development and feasibility of land subdivision projects through analysis of legislation, preparation of feasibility studies, organization of documentation, coordination with designers and public agencies, and project monitoring—ensuring approval and implementation in compliance with legal, technical, and scheduled requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support approval of land subdivision projects with municipal governments and utility companies;
* Conduct urban legislation studies and gather required documentation;
* Organize and monitor approval processes with competent authorities;
* Assist in preparing feasibility studies, including preliminary designs, quantity takeoffs, and spreadsheets;
* Support hiring and monitoring of designers and technical suppliers;
* Participate in project development from initial site analysis through final approval;
* Develop schedules and monitor physical progress of projects;
* Attend internal alignment meetings for new business opportunities;
* Support leadership in identifying and resolving process-related issues and inconsistencies;
* Maintain workplace organization and ensure proper use of resources and equipment;
* Comply with occupational safety standards and health and environmental guidelines;
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry processes;
* Participate in internal and external training programs;
* Perform other related duties as required by the department.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields (in progress or completed);
* Basic knowledge of urban legislation and land subdivision approval processes;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite;
* Analytical ability and information organization skills;
* Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments, designers, and public agencies;
* Availability for technical site visits.
