Acting as an administrative support point, organizing schedules, answering phone calls, and performing support tasks for the team. * Receive and direct visitors and clients; * Answer phone calls and forward them to the responsible departments; * Monitor entry and exit of people and correspondence; * Schedule meetings, appointments, or commitments as required by the department; * Maintain the organization of the reception area and common areas; * Provide basic information regarding services, operating hours, and procedures; * Support administrative activities such as document scanning, archiving, and dispatching. · **Education:** Completed high school · **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role preferred Experience in reception department routines Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.742,79 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
