Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and distributing materials, as well as managing inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring a functional work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient receipt and distribution of materials * **Cleaning and maintenance:** Perform daily cleaning of internal and external company areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, glass surfaces, windows, and communal areas. * **Environment organization:** Organize commonly used items such as kitchen utensils, tables, and chairs, ensuring a tidy and functional workplace. * **Materials receipt and distribution:** Receive and distribute materials, products, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery to respective departments. * **Cleaning supply inventory control:** Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and hygiene supplies, reporting replenishment needs promptly.
