We’re looking for a **Product Manager** to join a **multidisciplinary squad**, focused on developing and evolving chatbots! You will be responsible for bridging strategy and execution: from understanding our clients’ needs to planning and overseeing the delivery of intelligent conversational solutions. If you have an analytical mindset, are results-driven, and enjoy collaborating with technology and artificial intelligence teams, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Managing conversational products; * Participating in client meetings to understand requirements, present ideas, and conduct discovery sessions; * Proposing improvements, new flows, and features based on results, benchmarks, and business needs; * Writing user stories and organizing requirements for the technical team; * Prioritizing deliveries with a focus on impact and feasibility; * Monitoring product performance and suggesting data- and feedback-driven adjustments; * Serving as the liaison point among clients, the technical team, and internal Mundiale departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with digital products/technology solutions oriented toward business; * Knowledge of performance indicator analysis; * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Critical thinking and analytical vision for data-driven decision-making; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in **Belo Horizonte/MG**. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with conversational products; * Knowledge of messaging systems, customer service journeys, and NLP; * Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and product architecture. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary package; * Flexible Benefit Plan (you decide how to use it according to your needs: culture, transportation apps, subscriptions, fitness, meals, etc.); * Unimed Unipart Health Insurance Plan; * Career development path; * Hybrid work model; * Birthday Day Off; * Short Fridays; A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * For over 20 years, every single day, we at Mundiale begin our workday asking ourselves how we can positively impact someone’s experience.
