We seek a **Mid-Level Procurement Analyst** who does more than just process purchase orders—someone who understands the value of strategic supplier partnerships and the direct impact of their management on our fleet’s efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead quotation processes, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders * Identify optimal commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to optimize costs * Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with requirements * Develop, maintain, and evaluate supplier relationships (including selection, qualification, and performance assessment) * Analyze material consumption, inventory levels, and replenishment needs * Collaborate with internal departments to identify and fulfill procurement requirements * Evaluate budgets, commercial proposals, and service orders (SOs) for approval * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal procedures, and best practices * Prepare analyses, reports, and KPIs to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably as a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst * Knowledge of quotation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier qualification processes * Ability to analyze inventory, material consumption, and procurement planning * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking * Familiarity with integrated management systems (ERP) applied to procurement * Capability to conduct budgetary analysis and evaluate commercial proposals and service orders * Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators * Basic understanding of legislation and internal regulations applicable to procurement processes ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and organized profile, detail-oriented and results-focused * Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization * Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal departments * Ability to manage multiple demands in dynamic, high-pressure environments * Ethical, transparent, and collaborative attitude at all stages ### **Benefits** * On-site meals * Parking Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
