Civil Construction Engineer

Description

A solid and well-established company in the infrastructure and construction sector, with strong expertise in highway construction and earthworks, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its technical team for a project of significant operational importance. The role will be nationwide, and initially, it will require on-site presence at a highway construction project located in the Diamantina/MG region. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze the technical and operational conditions required for field activity execution; * Coordinate, guide, and supervise operational teams and work fronts; * Monitor physical schedules and support planning of construction phases; * Perform measurements of completed services and support productivity control; * Availability for a 90/5 work schedule (90 days on-site, 5 days off); * Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality procedures, and occupational safety regulations; * Support contract, supplier, and operational demand management for the project; * Prepare technical reports and monitor project performance indicators. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience as a Civil Engineer working on-site; * Knowledge of highway infrastructure construction execution and supervision; * Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings; * Basic understanding of construction planning, measurement, and control; * **Willingness to travel and relocate as required by contractual needs** * Systems for measurement, planning, and construction control; * Field monitoring and reporting applications and systems; * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Systems for measurement, planning, and construction control; * Field monitoring and reporting applications and systems; * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in bridge, viaduct, footbridge, or Special Structures (OAEs) projects; * Prior experience in highway construction and/or special structures; * Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership and ability to manage field teams; * Organization, results orientation, and adherence to deadlines; * Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making; * Strong communication skills with operational teams and managers; * Ethics, professional integrity, and collaborative spirit. * **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Mobility assistance; * Accommodation and relocation support, if required; * Life insurance; * Equipment provided by the company (laptop, corporate mobile phone, and PPE), per internal policy.
