Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Directly handle feedback for all reports received from pedagogical consultants and bilingual pedagogical consultants regarding observations submitted by teachers from partner schools across various segments. Present and monitor performance indicators related to report delivery, ensuring timely submission. Collaborate with the Content Coordination team to assess the relevance of observations, complaints, and/or improvement suggestions concerning our didactic collections. Support the organization, follow-up, and implementation of pedagogical training sessions and workshops—including all in-person and online events, the 360 Project, Insights, and Conexão. Support interactions between pedagogical consultants, coordinators, and the Customer Experience Management team regarding bilingual and English-language solution content across all segments.
