Job Summary: Assist the Environmental Department in activities related to regulatory compliance, liability control, training, and technical support during site visits. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of theoretical and practical training. 2. Assist in preparing technical reports for compliance adjustments and area releases. 3. Promote and suggest standards and practices aimed at environmental preservation. Assist the Environmental Department in tasks related to regulatory and conditional compliance, liability control, training and capacity building, and provide technical support to engineers during visits to production and administrative areas for issuing technical reports. * Assist in the development and implementation of theoretical and practical training. * Assist in implementing environmental preservation campaigns. * Assist in preparing technical reports for compliance adjustments, area or equipment interdictions, and releases. * Assist in environmental surveys for monitoring contamination risks. * Be responsible for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility. Accurately report task progress according to leadership guidance. * Know, apply, promote, and suggest standards and practices aimed at environmental preservation; participate in company-sponsored programs; contribute to eliminating situations that may pose environmental risks or degradation. * Guide new employees on area-specific responsibilities, accompany them, and facilitate their understanding of proper waste disposal. * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your field of work. * Perform other duties as required by the department. * Issue Waste Transport Manifests (MTR), overseeing the process until completion. * Support internal audits by guiding departments to align processes and activities with environmental requirements. * Monitor services performed and reports issued by suppliers; verify correct issuance of invoices and their registration in the controller's department. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Technologist program in Environmental Studies.
