Based on your results, you will have opportunities for promotion and progression, as well as participation in internal programs that drive growth! **Let’s go together \#RumoAoInfinito?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the technical reference for the team, supporting architectural decisions, solution design, and best development practices. * Provide technical leadership to the .NET and React development team, promoting a collaborative, continuously learning, and high-performance environment. * Define, evolve, and document scalable, secure, and resilient architectures based on microservices, APIs, and modern web applications. * Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, adherence to standards such as Clean Architecture and SOLID, and best versioning practices. * Hands-on development of back-end in .NET (C\#) and front-end in React, directly contributing to the most critical deliveries. * Collaborate with Product Owner, UX/UI, and QA to plan and prioritize the backlog, ensuring value-driven deliveries in agile cycles (Scrum/Kanban). * Encourage DevOps practices, CI/CD, test automation, and production application monitoring. * Support the team in resolving complex technical issues and making strategic technology and architecture decisions. * Act as a mentor, promoting the technical and professional development of team developers. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, metrics, and the company’s engineering culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Solid experience with C\# and .NET 6\+ (preferably 8\). * Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture. * Practical experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). * Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar). * Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP). * Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). * Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Snyk, etc.). * Experience with React and the modern front-end ecosystem (TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, Styled Components, etc.). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable:** * Experience with Java 8\+ and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure or GCP). * Courses or training in software architecture, technical leadership, or software engineering. * Knowledge of application observability and monitoring (New Relic, SigNoz, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, etc.). **Additional Information** **Hiring Type:** PJ **Location:** Estoril / BH **Here we offer:** * Performance Bonus Semester-based bonus aligned with results and evaluation criteria. * Gympass Your health is one of our top priorities—so your gym membership via Gympass is on us!
