Job Summary: Professional to lead a team, supervise shipping operations, manage inventory, and serve as the logistics interface, ensuring efficient processes. Key Highlights: 1. Strict inventory management and strategic warehouse organization **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Operational Leadership:** Coordinate and guide a small team in daily shipping and warehouse activities. * **Outbound Flow:** Supervise order picking, verification, and preparation of goods for shipment, ensuring agility and zero errors. * **Inventory Management:** Perform strict control of receipts, shipments, cyclic inventories, and strategic warehouse organization. * **Logistics Interface:** Serve as the direct contact point between operations, customers, and suppliers to align pickups and deliveries. * **Standardization:** Ensure product organization, cleanliness, and proper storage in compliance with industry best practices. * **Processes:** Guarantee adherence to operational procedures and continuously seek improvements in shipping routines. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * **Proven experience** in logistics, shipping, or warehousing roles. * **Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B (Mandatory).** * Experience leading operational teams. * Basic computer proficiency (Excel for spreadsheets and management systems). * Proactive profile with excellent communication skills and ability to solve everyday problems. * **Easy access to the Nova Esperança / Aparecida neighborhood area.** **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.300,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Additional Benefits:** Overtime pay as required. **Benefits:** * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 550,00 per month. * Transportation Allowance. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * **Shift Pattern:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday – **Days off on Saturday and Sunday**). * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM\. * **Work Model:** On-site.
