**Job Summary:**
Support organizational process mapping, standardization, continuous improvement, and control—contributing to increased efficiency, waste reduction, and strengthening of the quality culture.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Commercial Intern Include:**
* Supporting process mapping and redesign
* Assisting in the development and updating of flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions
* Supporting process standardization in accordance with quality best practices
* Assisting in performance indicator (KPI) monitoring and analysis
* Supporting internal audits, non-conformance controls, and corrective action plans
* Assisting in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Supporting improvement projects (PDCA, Kaizen, 5W2H, etc.)
* Organizing documents for the Quality and Process area
* Supporting internal training on processes and standards
**What Is Required for This Position?**
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in:
* Production Engineering
* Quality Management
* Business Process Management
* Or related fields
**Basic knowledge of:**
* Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Organizational process logic
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Introductory knowledge of process mapping (BPM, flowcharts)
* Interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiency
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Desired Competencies:**
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the Processes and Quality field.
* Proactivity and initiative to contribute effectively to the team.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a 15-minute lunch break
