Description

Job Summary: Execute and support operational control of light and heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring up-to-date inventory information, delivery tracking, and support to relevant departments, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational control of light and heavy vehicle fleets 2. Analyze and monitor leasing, delivery, and maintenance operations 3. Evaluate and optimize fleet allocation according to demand Execute and support operational control of light and heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring up-to-date inventory information, delivery tracking, and support to involved departments, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and contract compliance. * Analyze and monitor leasing, delivery, return, maintenance, and fleet availability operations; * Consolidate and control vehicles in operational base inventories, ensuring accurate status registration (available, unavailable, under maintenance, technical reserve, assigned to customer, etc.); * Monitor vehicle assignments to customers, delivery forecasts, and release deadlines; * Evaluate and optimize fleet allocation according to contractual demand and customer needs; * Monitor unavailable vehicles in inventory, proposing actions to reduce idleness. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate program in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently in progress is desirable.
