Job Summary: General services professional responsible for cleaning and maintenance of various areas, assisting in supply management and reporting damages. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of various environments 2. Assisting in the management of supplies for general services 3. Reporting damages to maintenance * Clean floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, drinking fountains, televisions, windows, and any other necessary areas using appropriate tools provided by the company; * Assist the facilities supervisor in preparing the purchase list of products required for the general services team's work; * Report damages—such as toilets, flush mechanisms, sinks, trash bins, or any other issues identified during the shift—to the facilities supervisor; * Record cleaned areas according to company protocol; * Maintain communication with other team members, offering or requesting assistance when necessary.
