Work on the development and maintenance of back-end solutions focused on creating strategic indicators, BI dashboards, and the Logistics Control Tower, ensuring efficient integration among WMS, B2B platforms, and operational systems, thereby guaranteeing data reliability, performance, and quality for decision-making. * Develop and maintain back-end APIs, services, and routines for collection, processing, and delivery of logistics data. * Integrate systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP, B2B platforms, and operational systems. * Build data pipelines for BI and the Control Tower, ensuring data freshness, traceability, and consistency. * Develop operational and strategic indicators (SLA, lead time, OTIF, productivity, service level, inventory, shipping, receiving, transportation, etc.). * Handle data treatment, normalization, and validation from multiple sources. * Support data modeling for Data Warehouse / Data Lake. * Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions. * Collaborate with operations, BI, data, and business teams to understand requirements. * Monitor integrations, resolve failures, and support root cause analysis. * Document processes, integrations, and business rules.
