Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable. **Location**: Vespasiano, MG **Work Type**: This opportunity is for a hybrid role, with regular working hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including up to 70% travel time to customer sites. **Mission**: Visit customers in the T&A – Tools & Attachments business area to assess the current performance of drilling tools used across various surface or underground equipment, proposing corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs. **Responsibilities**: * Audit the fleet of operational equipment; * Carry out assessments of equipment and personnel operational capacity according to plan; * Conduct performance studies and gather information on products used by competitors at visited customers; * Perform product testing; * Manage T&A – Tools & Attachments training programs; * Conduct T&A warranty analyses; * Liaise with factory technicians involved; * Provide technical support and training to distributors; * Propose operational and product changes to improve performance and reduce costs; * Propose equipment setting adjustments to enhance performance; * Conduct technical visits to customers across all market segments; * Identify customer production data—rock blasting planning, rock characteristics, drilling methods and parameters; * Execute the area’s annual strategic plan; * Pursue identified sales opportunities at customer sites; * Create, update, and maintain reports containing information collected during customer visits; * Perform other related activities; * Comply with the Integrated Management System and Quality policies and documents; * Be aware of and respect aspect, impact, hazard, and risk assessment sheets; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to daily tasks. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mining and/or Mining Engineering; * Technical English; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong knowledge of rock drilling products; * Prior experience in the mining industry—preferably as an Applications Technician; * Experience in or current involvement in Underground Mining (Mine Operations / Control, etc.) and knowledge of mining (Development, Production, Mine Infrastructure, etc.); * Knowledge of underground and surface mining methods; * Report development, strong writing skills, and proficiency in Office suite analytics; **Your profile**: * Strong interpersonal skills (courteous and good listener); * Willingness to accept challenges and goals; * Skilled negotiator, articulate and persuasive; * Effective time management and appropriate resource allocation; * Helpful and a strong team player; * Disciplined and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent; * Ability to handle emergency situations and make decisions; * Proactive problem-solving using analytical approaches; * Careful handling of materials, tools, and equipment; * Prioritizing personal and third-party safety. **It all starts with people**.
