If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy working with precision and responsibility in accounting processes, this opportunity is for you. **Work Location and Employment Type:** Gutierrez, BH \- On-site **Responsibilities** * Provide support for all activities within the accounting department; * Address operational requests from dealerships; * Assist with the entry and exit of Fiscal Invoices; * Record and review documents for payments; * Validate inventory balances; * Perform accounting reconciliations of trial balances; * Monitor monthly closings; * Support audit processes; * Organize, update, and control documents; * Prepare and complete spreadsheets; * Verify and validate reports; * Support other activities as directed by the immediate manager. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in the accounting field; * Knowledge of **accounting reconciliation**, **fiscal invoice recording**, and **monthly closings**; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Excel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **automotive dealerships and large enterprises.** * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Domínio, or similar). **Benefits** * UNIMED health and dental insurance; * Life insurance. * Meal or food allowance (VR or VA); * Transportation allowance.
