Propose process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality 4mti is looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst to join its team and strategically contribute to the development of solutions aligned with business and customer needs. **As a Requirements Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:** * Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders; * Translate business needs into clear and detailed specifications, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical areas; * Continuously collaborate with development teams and other involved departments to ensure correct implementation of requirements; * Support scope definition, demand prioritization, and change control; * Apply agile methodologies and management tools to track the requirements lifecycle; * Propose process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
