This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Capture, analyze, and organize public tender notices, including screening opportunities on specialized portals; * Complete and maintain control spreadsheets, and organize and store documents in internal repositories; * Support executive leadership in assessing feasibility of participation in tender processes; * Conduct analysis and preparation of low-, medium-, and high-complexity tender processes; * Manage operational and professional technical archives, including control and validation of technical capacity certificates; * Register certificates with professional regulatory councils; * Request and monitor issuance of contractual and bid participation guarantees; * Keep tax, labor, and group company documentation up to date; * Perform registrations and updates on systems and portals such as SICAF, CAGEF, and others as required; * Verify all documentation required for tender participation; * Support the drafting of clarifications, challenges, appeals, and counterarguments, in coordination with the legal team and leadership; * Attend public sessions and tender processes, both in person and online; * Record payment requests in the internal system. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte; * Availability for travel; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **PREFERRED:** * Knowledge of PPPs and concessions; * Familiarity with the New Public Procurement and Contracting Law; * Knowledge of and proficiency with major public procurement portals. **BENEFITS:** * Amil health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal/voucher card (Caju); * Mobility card (Caju); * Gympass; * Corporate university; * Extended paternity leave, including for adoptive fathers; * Emotional wellness program with 40% discount; * Human-centered, collaborative culture.
