Develop the team and provide technical support ***HVAC Technical Coordinator Position*** **Compensation: R$3.736,06 + R$1.618,96 (on-call allowance) + R$1.120,82 (30% hazard pay) = R$6.475,84** **Working hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) **Job description:** Technically coordinate HVAC maintenance operations, ensuring asset availability and reliability, execution quality, compliance with PMOC and applicable standards, planning discipline, governance of technical information, team development, and technical support for operational, contractual, and continuous improvement decisions. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in HVAC/AC&R maintenance, preferably in industrial, hospital, or critical environments. * Proficiency in PCM, contract management, maintenance KPIs, CMMS, advanced Excel, and Power BI (analysis). * Knowledge of PMOC, Law No. 13,589/2018, Ordinance No. 3,523/1998, RE 09/2003, and applicable ABNT standards, * especially NBR 14679, NBR 15848, and NBR 16401. * Familiarity with failure analysis, RCM/FMEA, budgeting, OPEX, third-party management, and safety practices applied to HVAC maintenance routines. **Benefits:** Meal voucher Transportation voucher Fuel allowance Medical and dental assistance.
