Sales cycle support and team training **TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS ENGINEER** **Position Summary** The Technical Applications Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between the company and its strategic customers (Steelmaking, Mining, Oil & Gas). The primary mission is to identify technical requirements on the shop floor, specify optimal solutions in tools and accessories, and demonstrate the economic value (TCO) of our solutions to ensure customer operational efficiency and safety. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Consulting:** Conduct technical visits to assess requirements and diagnose applications in critical environments. * **Product Specification:** Select and recommend industrial tools and accessories for tooling, ensuring technical compatibility with the customer's operations. * **Sales Cycle Support:** Develop detailed technical proposals and conduct hands-on equipment demonstrations (e.g., torque multipliers, ergonomic arms). * **Training:** Train customer operational teams on the correct and safe use of products supplied by the company. * **Value Analysis (TCO):** Develop comparative studies demonstrating reduced operational costs and extended equipment service life through our solutions. * **Technical Post-Sales:** Monitor field performance of tools and propose continuous improvements. * **Marketing Team Support:** Create and submit success stories, application photos, and videos; address marketing requests related to applications across the entire product line. * **Direct Channel to Our Factories:** Request technical information and clarify doubts with partner factories outside Brazil; communicate with factories and stay updated on new market lines. **3\. Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial environments (Mining, Steelmaking, or Offshore) preferred. * **Technical Knowledge:** Machining, SolidWorks, reading and interpreting technical drawings. * **Sales Skills:** Consultative profile with ability to negotiate with maintenance, engineering, and procurement departments. * **Mobility:** Full availability for travel and possession of a valid driver's license (Category B). * **Languages:** English. **4\.
