




Job Description: Fiscal Assistant Main Responsibilities: * Verify, organize, and record incoming and outgoing invoices; * Assist in calculating taxes and contributions (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, etc.); * Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, DCTF, GIA, etc.); * Provide support in reconciliations; * Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records; Requirements: * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of tax matters * Familiarity with computer applications, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; Desired Competencies: * Proactivity and ability to work in a team; * Good communication skills; * Ability to meet deadlines efficiently; * Willingness to learn and stay updated on tax legislation.
