Participate in database projects across various phases. **[Tech] Senior Database Analyst (Cloud)** ==================================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Hybrid Job Description Perform medium-complexity activities related to database administration (Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL), contributing to demand resolution and TOTVS Cloud customer satisfaction; Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Respond to service requests via the ticketing system, ensuring correct classification and documentation. * Enable clear interpretation and continuity of tasks through detailed documentation. * Monitor database health and proactively prevent incidents. * Execute backup and restore routines. * Perform database administration tasks related to capacity management, data recovery, security, high availability, and performance. * Participate in database projects across various phases (Analysis, Design, Testing, Environment Preparation, and Change Impact Assessment). * Collaborate proactively, sharing knowledge across all areas of responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Intermediate-level experience and knowledge in Oracle database administration. * Basic-level experience and knowledge in MySQL database administration. * Basic-level experience and knowledge in PostgreSQL database administration. * Intermediate-level experience and knowledge in administering database environments on Linux operating systems. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * TOTVS products (a plus). * Oracle certifications (a plus).
