




Job Summary: An HR professional with experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, time tracking, and benefits management, as well as support for internal marketing initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities 2. Manages benefits and time tracking 3. Supports internal marketing initiatives and uniform organization * Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 08:00 to 18:00 or from 07:00 to 17:00 * Meal allowance/food voucher: BRL 25.73 + transportation voucher or fuel voucher + Wellhub (formerly Gympass) + education incentive * Responsibilities: Execute tasks related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes; Monitor employees during their probationary period; Manage and verify electronic time tracking records; Administer benefits including meal, transportation, and related allowances; Coordinate with the IT team regarding installation and updates of computers and laptops for employees; Manage control and organization of company uniforms; Support the planning and execution of internal marketing initiatives.
