Our purpose is to connect people and transform dreams into memorable experiences, creating an environment where everyone enjoys being and always wants to return. **Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines within the Operations department. * Assist in controlling and organizing departmental documents, spreadsheets, and reports. * Support tracking operational requests for the shopping center, recording requests and incidents. * Assist in communication between the Operations department and other shopping center departments. * Support tracking maintenance tickets and requests. * Contribute to organizing physical and digital departmental files. * Assist in monitoring service providers and suppliers when necessary. * Support activities related to controlling departmental materials and equipment. * Perform other administrative support tasks, always under team supervision. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: BRL 21.10 per workday * Transportation Pass or Fuel Allowance * Free Parking * TotalPass Program * University Partnership Program * SESC Partnership
