We seek and value talent — individuals with personality, determination, and strong willpower. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Support vehicle after-sales processes, monitoring requests following delivery; * Provide customer service and outreach during the after-sales phase, offering guidance and directing inquiries; * Maneuver vehicles in the dealership yard when necessary, adhering to internal safety regulations; * Inspect vehicle washes to ensure quality standards are met prior to customer delivery; * Verify customer documentation and registration information; * File physical and digital departmental processes, contracts, and documents; * Assist in tracking deadlines, pending items, and administrative after-sales processes; * Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the after-sales reception area; * Support the sales team, service department, and other dealership areas in after-sales routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid CNH category B driver’s license (mandatory); * Prior experience in administrative routines, customer service, or after-sales (automotive industry experience is a plus); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to handle public interaction and operational tasks; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
