Ensuring site organization and safety **JOB: Construction Supervisor** **Location:** Sanitation project – Copasa – Betim **Salary:** 3596,25 **Benefits:** Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational teams on site (carpentry, reinforcement, and other work fronts) * Monitor field service progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety * Interpret engineering drawings and guide teams on correct activity execution * Control material, tool, and equipment usage * Coordinate concrete structure construction, including formwork, reinforcement, tanks, manholes (PVs), boxes, and foundations * Ensure construction site organization * Collaborate with technical staff and engineers **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a general construction supervisor in civil works * Knowledge of reading engineering drawings and executing concrete structures * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication * Experience in sanitation projects is desirable * Completed high school (minimum); technical training is an advantage Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.596,25 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
