**Minimum Requirements:**
Education: High School Diploma
Qualifications: Basic computer skills, basic mathematics, Intermediate Excel
Experience in: Warehouse and Shipping routines
Availability for overtime.
**Responsibilities/Activities to be performed:**
Comply with all productivity, quality, and safety standards, norms, and procedures.
Receive and complete documentation.
Verify operational conditions of machines used in pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
Select equipment and instruments; receive materials and utensils.
Verify materials and products against the Production Technical Sheet.
Monitor humidity, temperature, and pressure in the area.
Collect product samples for physicochemical analysis.
Perform setup changes when necessary.
Supply machines with materials required for the process.
Conduct in-process control.
Identify and correct process failures.
Seal containers holding finished products.
Transfer products to packaging.
Label containers holding finished products with batch numbers.
Inspect physical and apparent conditions of containers and materials.
Package products into appropriate packaging.
Clean and sanitize facilities and pharmaceutical production machines and related equipment.
Lubricate machines and equipment.
Store toxic materials; select and dispose of waste.
Record maintenance occurrences and shift handovers.
Request materials and raw materials.
Monitor maintenance interventions (corrective and preventive).
Make adjustments to correct process or equipment failures and anomalies.
Meet the production standard defined in procedures.
Perform cleaning and sanitization of the area, materials, utensils, and equipment.
Conduct tests for microbiological monitoring.
Monitor pressure in controlled areas of the Injectable and Vial-Ampoule Departments.
Perform visual inspection for preparation of Knapp kits and parameter verification kits.
Assist SEVL in performing Knapp tests.
Conduct in-process control and identify intervals based on inspection results.
Configure equipment parameters.
Maintain parameter verification kits and assist in controlling replenishment.
Organize the work area and equipment.
Print process reports (batch management).
Assist in training new employees.
Assist in investigating losses during the review process.
Report any anomalies encountered during task execution to the immediate supervisor.
And other duties as assigned by management.
