We seek an F&B Maître to work in a high-end poker house, responsible for leading dining room operations, ensuring service excellence, and delivering a sophisticated and memorable experience to customers. This professional will be a key player in team coordination and maintaining quality and hospitality standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations in the dining room and VIP areas. * Coordinate waitstaff, bartenders, hostesses, and assistants. * Ensure a high standard of service aligned with the venue's premium profile. * Greet customers and manage reservations, especially VIP guests. * Resolve conflicts with elegance and professionalism. * Monitor service quality, product presentation, and service timing. * Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure operational efficiency. * Track performance metrics (sales, average ticket, customer satisfaction). * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and best practices. Requirements * Proven experience as a maître or F&B supervisor, preferably in nightclubs, premium bars, or high-end restaurants. * Strong leadership and high-performance team management skills. * Excellent communication, demeanor, and emotional intelligence. * Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong focus on customer experience. * Ability to perform under pressure in high-traffic environments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience serving VIPs and high-net-worth clientele. * English or other foreign languages. * Knowledge of mixology, wines, and luxury hospitality. * Familiarity with dining room and reservation management systems. Working Hours: * 3:00 PM to 12:48 AM (Monday to Friday) Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$5.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
