This position is ideal for professionals already working with KPIs, data, operations, or performance tracking who wish to transition into a role closer to the organizational context and leadership teams. The person will be responsible for consolidating information, supporting managerial analyses, and transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making. * Consolidate and monitor people management-related KPIs; * Support analyses of absenteeism, turnover, overtime, workforce movements, and tenure; * Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within KPIs; * Develop presentations and managerial materials; * Support leadership in reading and interpreting data; * Contribute to organizational diagnostics and action plans; * Collaborate closely with HR and business units. **Requirements and qualifications** * Analytical and organized profile; * Proficiency with data and KPIs; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Preferred: experience with dashboards, BI tools, operations, or performance tracking. **Additional information** **Employment type:** CLT **Location:** Estoril/BH **Work model:** On-site **What Prime Results offers you** Caju Card — **Freedom in your pocket every day.** Forget rigid meal vouchers.
