Lead, develop, and evaluate the HR team Responsibilities: \- Supervise and be accountable for end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes \- Define recruitment strategies, workflows, and priorities \- Collaborate directly with managers to define job profiles, hiring volumes, and deadlines \- Lead, develop, and evaluate the HR team \- Define, monitor, and analyze R\&S metrics \- Propose and implement improvements to recruitment processes and tools \- Operate directly on critical or high-volume positions \- Ensure standardization, organization, and compliance with HR policies and procedures \- Support strategic decisions related to people structure \- Ensure process standardization and adherence to internal policies \- Proven experience in this role, including managing large hiring volumes \- Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields \- Experience in transportation, logistics, or mining sectors is desirable \- Ensure proper execution of the onboarding process, in coordination with the Payroll Department \- Ensure new employee onboarding is conducted according to established standards \- Ensure that probationary period follow-ups (at 45 and 90 days) are performed by the team and managers, as per the defined process \- Support probationary period evaluations when necessary \- Implement HR procedures as required Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.708,94 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
