Here, you will find a collaborative and inspiring environment where you can expand your knowledge and develop your skills. **Key responsibilities:** * Material preparation: The operator is responsible for preparing materials required for contact lens production, such as monomers and polymers—substances used in manufacturing. * Molding and curing: The operator handles prepared materials and places them into specialized molds, following requirements specific to the type of lens being produced. Subsequently, the operator performs material curing, which may involve ultraviolet light or another appropriate method. * Quality inspection and control: After curing, lenses are inspected for possible defects such as air bubbles, scratches, or irregularities. The operator must conduct meticulous verification to ensure tolerances meet established quality standards. * Packaging and labeling: Once approved through quality certification, contact lenses are carefully packaged and labeled for identification and delivery.
